What is a Verified Contact?

When you unlock a contact, MyLeadsBox will verify the email address in real time. Your credits will be reduced only if there is a valid email address.

Is there a contract?

There are no hard contracts with MyLeadsBox. You may sign up for monthly or annual plan as per your needs.

What happens to the unused credit each month?

Unused credits will be carried over to the next month. You can have maximum of 6 months of credits on each plan.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?

Yes, once logged in, go to Settings then under Subscription you can choose to upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

Can I download leads into Excel?

Yes, you can easily download leads into an Excel .csv file, or you can export leads directly to your CRM

Which CRM’s do you integrate with?

We integrate with: Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Office 365, Gmail, Outlook, Exchange and SMTP. Also 1,500+ other apps by using Zapier.

Do all plans include the Chrome & Edge plugin?

Yes, all plans include chrome and edge plugin. You can use you credits to extract contact information from LinkedIn.

Do you have annual plans?

Yes, and we offer a 20% discount for paying annually.

What if we want more credits?

Is there any limit in sending out emails?

There is no limit and you may send unlimited emails in any paid plan.

Do you have an API?

Yes, we have a REST API for Enterprise Plan.
